WTB: OBD1 D16Y7 ECU
Yeah man, what year/model is your car? If it is a 92-95 you will just use a P06 and your idle valve won't work right. If you have a 96-00 the P2E is the correct ecu for a Y7, but it has to be specific for either 96-98 or 99-00. I have a 96-98 version for sale if you need that.
I actually have the opposite situation on my car right now...I'm running my B18B with the Y7 ecu! As you'd expect the idle is total crap especially with the cold weather. It stalls if I take my foot off the gas, until engine is fully warmed up. Other than that though, it runs like a beast! Crazy.
Well, I have a 92 Civic DX hatch. Like I said, IDK what I have to do to get it to run right, but if someone would let me know, so I can get the right ECU, that would be great. I mean I plan on swapping the motor, but for the time being I want my car to run right and get some good gas mileage. So what ECU do I need then!?

Anyways the oil I'm also burning should compensate for any leanness!!!
ISELLTOU...if you have either a Y8 manual intake manifold or any stock manifold setup from 92-95 with 2 wire iacv then a P06 should run the engine perfectly fine, but you need the OBD1 injectors, as I said above the Y7 ones are smaller than most Honda injectors so you need a set of 240 stockers for using a P06.

Well, as of right now, the engine has a 2 Wire IACV plug on it and is currently connected. It has the LS injectors in it right now, so will those LS injectors Be fine, Or will I need diff injectors too!?

That's not correct...all Teg and Civic injectors 92-00 are the same EXCEPT the Y7 which has 180cc.

could be.. i was always under the impresson they were all 240 minus the prelude, ITR and some of the older dpfi crap
either way its the same they will just max out faster.. but duty cycle on factory ecu wouldnt be very high anyway
