i was thinkin of a t3/t04r with a .63a/r exhaust stage 5 wheel .70a/r cold with a 66.5mm inducer

Well you have a t3 manifold, but I wouldn't use a .63 hot side, I would go with the .82 in a p-trim the .63 is going to choke that turbo.

If you only plan to daily drive/occasion strip I would suggest a smaller turbo than most have posted, GT30R with .63 A/R exhaust hands down.
A cheaper turbo might be t3/t4 57 trim .63A/R exhaust housing. I have this on my 2.0 ls/vtec but with a .48 A/R exhaust housing has I like the quick spool for a FUN *** daily driver.
If you wanna be a baller and make big numbers but spool real late in the rpm band which will suck for daily driving, thent he GT35R and up will work.
