Default Rear wheel wobbles...

What is causing my rear wheel to wobble?

I had it lifted up today and I noticed there is a lot of play with the left wheel and not with the right.

Something has to be broken....

It's a 93 EG, and yes the lug nuts were on tight.

Wheel bearing. If you have play, it's the wheel bearing.

Well, it's almost like it's wiggling from the arm it's connected to.

Maybe it is a wheel bearing. I dunno.

It's the rear wheel right? So no tie rods there (unless I'm missing something important) Could be a bushing but honestly there's not much to the rear wheels. Brakes, nut to hold the wheel on, lug nuts, and wheel bearing. I'm guessing wheel bearing if it's not the center nut holding the wheel on.

A friend of mine said it was my upper control arm.

If it's the rear wheel that wobbles, there is NOTHING back there, it's just a wheel that spins because it has to.

there is an upper trailing arm, lower trailing arm, and a few other parts that are wearable items and can cause this problem.

Worn arm bushings would cause the entire trailing arm to move, not just the wheel/hub.

Bad wheel bearings tend to make that side wail like a banshee while youre driving down the road. Its very loud, deep, and very annoying.

Im on board with wheel bearing. I just changed mine late summer - its VERY easy.

i agree, if it wobbles up/down/side/side its a bearing, if it just has slop one way or the other it could be a few things, point is, ITS NOT HARD TO JACK THE CAR UP AND INSPECT THE FEW COMPONENTS BACK THERE.
