Default clutch question please look

my clutch feels really wierd lately really soft and ive bled it countless times but it keeps coming back ,

since i suck at explaining things ... heres some lame pictures theres this grey stuff coming from where the pedal goes into the firewall could any one with a better understanding of all this tell me if this is normal or could be the cause of any problems in the way my pedal feels?

awhile ago i was told to adjust the let off point of the clutch ( forgot how to do it and so never got around to doing it so i was wondering if somone could tell me also.
sorry for the lack of information ill try to update this when im not so tired

looks like you could be starting to leak clutch fluid which means a new clutch master cylinder.

Seocond the above.. have you noticed a loss of fluid in the reservioir? It sounds like air is getting into your sytem due to loss of fluid. Change the master cylinder... or keep the reservior topped up regularly after bleeding to avoid air entering the sytem and giving you that spongy feel.

Replace both your master and slave cylinder. If one has gone, the other one is not far behind.

slave cylinder is newer wayyy less mileage and wear on it (master cyl. = 240,000 miles )
slave cyl. only around 60k
