Default Is it Safe to Turn on ur car, move it, then turn it rigth off w/o warm up / turbo timer?

I know when ur NA u dont have to warm up ur car and then let it sit idle after turning it off , but for Turbo i know you have to Let it sit after a drive, and usually warm it up a min before driving it.. but Wondering if i just want to move my car from spot A to Spot B tahts like Feet's away, do i have to Warm it up, move it, then let it sit a min before turning it off? whats the safe way to do this? or if not moving / going very far can u just turn it on, wait like 15 secs, then move it, then turn it off right away? dont want to waste time & gas hah

To clarify some things...1

1. You dont have to let your turbo car sit after every drive. That is useless. If you had just boosted the expletive outa your car and pull over to stop it is best to wait a minute before turning it off to let the turbo cool down, but if you are driveing normally and not boosting hard then there is no need to time the car.

2. Now with any car it is good to prime the fuel pump prior to starting and I dont know if it makes a difference, but I let my car sit from a cold start for about 30 seconds just to start. When I move my car say in my drive way I just start it up and move it as you are not actually giveing it more rpms then it would if you were letting it idle.
