I'm gonna get one of these I think... I have seen some that work off a cable from inside the car and some that just have 3 wing nuts to take off. What kind are you using, where did ya get it and what gains have you seen when open?

so what does it do exactly is it that Apex silencer thing that you can controle iside the car to quiet the exaust down when the popo is near?

 

i bought one of these Y pipes from jc whitney....they have the set up where you run a cable to the inside of your car. Smart idea, but they didnt do a good job making sure its sealed when the flap is either open or closed. They want $30 shipped for theirs..but i dont want to put it on my car....so i'm selling it now for $25 shipped. I have a buyer already, but who knows if he'll flake like everybody else does! lol
