ECLIPSE AUX INPUT????? BROKEN????
I had this eclipse CD3000 deck in my car for a couple of months..
bought a Kenwood 13 pin cable to add aux input.. it looks the same and fits
but only the left side speakers work... i thought the cable was faulty so I got a replacement same thing..
does it need the AUX105 eclipse brand cable? to work
or is the headunit defective?
never buy from circuit city... they're like screw it, its been too long like 90 days max, i dunno what they return policy is, but they said theres no warranty on it, since I installed it myself
thanks

Hopefully you have not damaged anything in the HUs AUX input stage.
Yes you will need the Eclipse AUX105.

circuit city's return policy is 30 days, just like best buy. there is no warranty through the store but you still have the manufacturer's warranty through eclipse. which i believe is one year.

And whoever told you that there was no warranty on it because you installed it yourself is just full of sh#t and you should talk to his/her boss, unless he/she told you it had no warranty because you plugged in a Kenwood adaptor
