need help with 96-98 civic horn

Default need help with 96-98 civic horn

my horn doesnt work anymore..when i did a u-turn i heard a click somwhere near the steering wheel and now my steering wheel horn doesnt work.. i look at the fuse for the horn and its still good..replug everything nothing happen..i even swap out a new srs reel and steering and airbag...and still doesnt work..someone help me out..everything is all plug up but horn doesnt work?

Here's what I would check:
1. Horn itself
2. Horn relay (Stated above)
3. SRS Reel (Ground the horn wire see if it sounds)
4. ^^ If Above doesn't work try it with just the gray harness that connects to the SRS Reel for the cruise control and the horn. Look for the horn wire and ground it.

prob broke ur cable real or something.... remove air bag and check.. its 2 t30 tg bit i believe on both sides..

and yeah...i did switch out a another srs reel and steering but nothing happen..

not 100% but pretty sure its under teh dash by the fuse box, check for continuity

was the clock spring new or used, if it is used then it too could be bad and you just have to keep replacing it until you get a good one or buy a new one. had the same issue.

used but it works good..it came off my buddy car and his works and mine car doesnt..and we play it back into his car and it still works good..dont know why mine car doesnt work

theres a fuse box under the hood..but it seems the horn fuse is good...someone got any other suggestions
