i dont think theres a relay. positive and ground lead from the steering wheels to the front center of your whip right above the radiator where your horn is. get a test light, and figure that **** out.

Is your SRS light on? If so, it's the clockspring AKA cable reel.

Lmao @ the title, there's the problem of course the horn won't horn, but check if it Honks. On the other hand EK_B is right, if SRS light is on its the cable reel I had that problem before.

oh wow i think im figuring it out now ! when i installed my spoon wheel, with the short boss splash hub it came with a fuse for the air bag ! after 3 months the air bag light came on anyways. i checked the fuse to c if it was burnt and it was not. so is this why my airbag light came on and the horn doesnt work ? i removed the air bag light from the cluster hahahah !!! so what part do i have to change guys ? the what ?
