Is possible to convert an EG to OBDII?
The swap that im dropping in is a b16a2 its obd2 is there a way to convert the dash harness to obd2? or is there an easier way?
I'm sure that it is possible, but it's just not worth it.
Use an obd2 teg engine harness and plug it to your obd1 shock tower harness. you'll have to wire in a few extra things from ecu to teg engine harness. then use your obd1 ecu of choice

-keep it obd1 use a chipped P28 or P30
-OBD1-2 distributor adaptor or swap plugs over from your engines dizzy over to the OBD2's dizzy
-swap the plug over from the alternator from your engine's to the OBD2's
-run the wiring for VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, and knock sensor
-use your engines fuel injectors unless it is a CX or VX
-if your car is a CX or VX you'll have to do some additional O2 wiring
-relocate your intake air temperature sensor from your intake manifold to your intake arm
