IACV clicks when unplugged and makes humming noise

IACV clicks when unplugged and makes humming noise
as title says. I did this cause when key is set to acc there is a buzz from back of engine when I unplugged iacv the noise stopped. when I plugged it back in it clicked. does that mean thats its bad. I have always had a slight idle issue. sometimes it works great though so I could how the iacv would be going bad. any one know a good place to buy a new one? 00 civic si. and I am sure other years would work too. anyone know what years or models?

fond some stuff that is similar I am going to buy a new one and replace just to make sure. I mean it is almost 7 years old.
