HONDA Scores Points!
Today is a good day. Fisi came in fifth and JV was downright awesome in the race until his engine decided to let go. But he was clearly faster than Mclaren and most importantly Toyota. Luckily Sato who was in a horrendous wreck is ok. Honda is on the way up slowly but surely.
Still tho, they'll be fighting a hell of a fight for even 4th for individual and 3rd for manufacturer's titles. Ferrari and Williams are still the teams to beat, and I wouldn't count McLaren out for the season.
At this point we'll take any good news! I missed the race this morning b/c I was out of town, Ill watch the reply tonight. Cant wait to see the JV pass on DC!

definitely a step in the right direction for honda. villeneuve's retirement was unfortunate, he was marching through the field and honda might have had two cars in the points! imagine that!
i couldn't believe the finish though. i was so disappointed to see barrichello move over for schumi...the brazilian drove a perfect race and he deserved the victory. hell, even schumi himself (and the fans at the circuit) knew it was a terrible call on ferrari's part. oh well, looks like ferrari and schumi already have the world championship wrapped up. it seems as though williams just doesn't have what it takes to match the prancing horse.

JV had the drive of the day no doubt.... keep it up Honda
As far as the finish line debacle - Ferrari lost some respect (and not only from me, but half the world I would imagine) for pulling that stunt..

2 points, 2 blown motors and 1 driver in the hospital... I suppose it could be considered a good day for Honda.
Here's hoping Sato will be OK!!!

I can't wait till Honda stomps that pansy horse.
Watching JV be competitive gave me a thrill I have not felt while watching F1 in a long time. The car just looked racy!
