my manifold is cracking

Default my manifold is cracking

so i noticed today my rev hard manifold is starting to crack in the middle. im about to take everything off for emissions so ill juts gte it welded then. my question is, is there any prepertation or anything?or just take it to get it welded and thats it?

gotta get it tig welded. drill 2 holes at the end of the crack. V groove the crack and weld with high nickle filler. stick it in sand. let it cool down slowly ayda yada yada.

how ehh, i dont have time to do all that, plus i cant weld, have a dripp or can make a V cut. if i send it to you, can you do it for me? and ifso, how much. pm me if oyur cool with it

there's plenty of places around maryland that can fix that. Call agile auto or JE fab in baltimore. Or inlne pro down in springfield va. One of them ought to be able to fix that in no time.

what is the problem with just welding it, without making a v cut. would it not hold?
