Default Springs and retainers....

Hey guys, right now were building my bottom end and also putting my turbo kit. Were shooting for around 500-550whp and was wondering should i do springs and retainers? The car is a civic hatch (eg) and has a b16 thats been built. So whats the benefits besides revving higher then 8500 to maybe what 9k-9500?

if you have the money, might as well get some headwork done, and some dual springs, tit. retainers, and some .5mm oversized valves. also, maybe some ctr/itr cams or some gsr cams.

in one of my heads, i have a ferrea valve train

the other head, the newer one, i decided to go with si performance valve train. i liked the quality of their parts way better over the ferreas. springs are about the same coil bind pressure, and the intakes have undercut stems. you dont want too stiff of a spring.
