B-vtec Turbo guys using GSR/ITR/CTR cams what's the best Aftermarket Springs/Retainers
Okay, i know alot of u B-series vtec Turbo guys are using GSR,ITR, and CTR cams. What is the best Aftermarket valve springs and retainers to use with these cams without any problems? I know that some aftermarket springs and retainers will cause wear on rocker pads and on these stock cams because of the stiffness that the springs bring. Lmk what are u guys using and how long it lasted, without any wear or tear on the rockers or cams.

I've been using Supertech springs and retainers, for a couple years now, no issues thus far.

Supertech here as well with CTRs. I'm running their aluminum retainers, though.

From what I've been told both Ferrea and Supertech make good products. Ferrea just costs a lil more.

reason why i asked about aftermarket springs/retainers is because if in the future i decide to run a stage 2 cam, i wouldn't have to worry about it.

Im staying with stock size valves, just upgrading the spring/retainers, and im only looking to run a RPM to where my engine stops making power, if the power band falls off at 7,000rpm, then that's only how much RPM im going to push.

Supertech SS valves, supertech b16 springs (in gsr head), supertech ti retainers -- 01 ITR cams. Revving to 9k (redline), usually stop at 8400 (power starts falling off because of my turbo manifold)
