swap help
we just finshed my swap and we are trying to get it to fire up.. the motor turns but doesnt fire. the dizzy shoots sparks only when we take it out and ground the spark plug with the spark but when it isnt grounded and it like normal it doesnt spark and fire up the engien... the dizzy is good and im just woundering wat eles could be wrong with it
If you hold the spark plug and wire in mid air you will never get a spark, you must hold the metal threaded part of the plug against the motor or another chassis ground, completing the current path, and then you will see a spark.
or did I misunderstand your post?
