Default b16 ob2 swap problem

just did a b16 swap in a 96 dx car started right up suprisingly since i had to extend the tps, repin the distributor, change the plug on the alternator, run all the stuff for vtec exc exc.
got the swap from hmotors came with a broken knock sensor and they actually took the tps sensor off of the throttle body. haven't messed with the tps sensor any but, i reinstalled it, when i start it it idles okay, a little rough but when i give it a tap on the gas it wants to choke whether it is hard or a soft tap, but when i give it a gradual go it when take it for a minute then choke out. i am pretty sure it is the tps sensor since it is going with the change of throttle. oh also it is a obd1 swap with a obd2a to obd1 conversion. won't let me check a code through the blue plug above with ecu either.
water in the spark plugs too from jerks steaming the motor
