Dose any one know how much boost a D16Z6 block can support?? i have built up the internals crank rods and pistons, but i just need to know whats the highest amount of boost you can run safelly ?

put the crackpipe down man, maybe 40 but not 400.lol
if i were you id stick with 15-20psi if you are going to be dd it. you could boost higher but the engine wouldnt last as long.

give the guy a break...he obviously read it wrong and meant 400hp not 400lbs of boost.

yeah, and it was built to run 5 1/4 mile runs, not to be daily driven, or even for a full season.
this question cannot be answered, BEST ADVICE anyone could give you is: if you think you might be pushing it, and you have alot of $$ in the build might as well sleeve it, or NOT push it at all. pushing stock sleeves could happen anywhere as low as 250whp.
