throw out bearing
replaced clutch with clutchmaster stage 3 and clutchmaster flywheel last summer, after about 1k of driving, the throw out bearing keeps making a squeaking noise, replaced it and after about five hundred miles, it squeaks again. doesnt affect performance but how can i get rid of it?
buy a different clutch kit... could just be a crappy kit combo or defective... but yeah i have the same problem with my exedy stage 4. grabs perfectly fine but the throwout bearing knocks. i don't really mind it though... it throws a lot of people off when they hear my car idling like **** and then i blow the doors off 'em. (it pisses a lot of mustang and camaro owners off lol)
sound kinda goes away when slight pressured applied on clutch pedal. is there any way you can adjust the pressure of the pedel? there seems a gap when pedal fully released, have to apply about an inch or two on pedal until point of engagement. (make sense?) tried bleeding several times. i've done a few clutches and none was like mines.
If you have something you could put grease on the end of,
you could possibly still put some on the bearing.
Since the fork wouldn't be able to come out, I'm sure it's a tight fit.

thats called pedal free play. it's normal, and bleeding the clutch won't make it go away. its good to have, without it you'll wear the clutch faster. it's there so that you won't be pressing in the clutch everytime you tap the pedal with your foot. you can adjust the clutch pedal, but you have to shorten the entire travel of the pedal, you can't just shorten that part. the ratio of free play to total pedal travel will still be the same.
op: i think its normal for the clutch pedal to squeak when pushing the pedal in. my old civic did it with the original clutch, and my gsr does it with an aftermarket one.
