Default Please Help! Turbo Problems...

I have been a member to Honda tech for a while and have read many posts but this is my first so if i do anything wrong let me know.

Anyway, I have a 6th Gen 4cyl vtec Accord coupe. I turbod it but not w/ a kit, I pretty much built the kit myself and am now having full throttle problems. Basically I can never push on the accelerator past 75% pressure. I have been troubleshooting for months now and still can not full throttle at any time. My setup is because I'm sure it will be asked:

Garret GT28R
Custom Manifold, Downpipe, Front Mount, Intercooler Piping
GReddy Blow Off Valve
GReddy E-Manage (blue box) - cheaped it out in this dept...
GReddy Evo Exhaust
TurboXS High Performance Boost Controller
RC 440cc Injectors
BBK 255 Fuel Pump
NGK #6 spark plugs (gapped to .027)
91 octane gas

I put a base map on the Emanage and right off the bat had throttle problems, thought if I took it in to get dynoed that maybe it would be fixed. My car was on the dyno for 2.5 hours and they couldnt figure it out. Basically what happens is anytime i full throttle it bogs down, complete loss of power. If I start from a stop and slowly ease on the accelerator no problems, but if I try to get on it quick it just starts off then instantly stops accelerating. Same thing happens when on the highway, if cruising at 60 and full throttle, bogs down again, no acceleration. But if I slowly get on the accelerator at 75% pressure max I can accelerate and slowly get into vtec. At any point if I ever push past 75% on the throttle instant kill in power occurs. I have many ideas and have tried a few of them but would like to hear peoples ideas who haven't dealt w/ my car yet. Thank you for any help!

I would say tuning, I'm not a tuner but my guess is it's air/fuel and timing...get a real stand alone.

But the thing is I already got a Tune, 2.5 hours dyno time and they couldnt fix it, im not sure if they just didn't look at everything from all the right angles.

Okay, so I'm looking for an answer besides swapping Engine managements, if this is possible because its not like I'm the only one using Greddy Emanage, so if anyone has info on the Emanage or reasons for my not being able to ever full throttle please post any info. Thx
