Default High Idle and boost creep from 7k-9k

I installed my new tubular manifold and my car ran fine for about 20 minutes. The car used to Idle at 1k and now it idles at 2k with a little fluctuation from 1.5k.. I also noticed last night that the car was running on 20psi fine and then all the sudden from 7k - 9k it creeps fast to 30psi.. Any ideas? I thought it was a vaccum leak but everything seems to be fine. Whats a good way to test for a vaccum leak as well?.The setup is as follows.. Its a precision sc61 with a full-race style manifold made from a local shop..Tial 38mm wastegate, 3in DP..Hondata.. I just don't know where else to look at this point. Thanks in advance.

Let the tuner deal with it once its on the dyno, you cant just throw on new parts and expect everything to be ok.

Theres got to be more to it then that.. Even on low boost it goes to 15psi then around 7k to 9k it creeps fast to 25-30psi.. My vacuum sources seem to be just fine.. Maybe the gain needs to be lowered?

Re-check for leaks.
