can u buy one of these sensors and just hook it up to a air/fuel gauge? sorry to thread jack i was just wondering.
Depends on the gauge. 99.9999% of AFR gauges are for narrowband 0-1 volt sensors, those won't work. THe ones that do work are specificly from companies that make wideband controlers, mainly because they have a controller in the gauge itself, or are meant to hook up to one. $125 is fairly common.

list price is $88.47. I am in IL but it should be the same list price at all dealers. If any one needs one pm and I will talk with my manager and get you the best price I can.
r u sure that this is the one?
it says "Jetta 4, 1.8T, '00-05 ***with AWP or AWW engine code*** "

straight from innovate's website.
"The correct VW part number for the sensor is 021 906 262 B.
It's used on the 1.8L turbo beetle from June 2000 on. It's also used on the Jetta VR6 and Turbo."
