Default Best place to buy an O2 wideband sensor?

I'm currently looking for a wideband sensor for my turbo integra, but I am not too familiar with what brands are good or bad. Can somebody give me some input? I am looking to spend roughly $500 or so. I don't want to buy any junk. Whose got some good prices?
