Inovative T/3 T/4 60 trim is all I know, Its my boys car. As far as the boost I wish that he would have gone more but its his daily driver so I think that the power is good for a daily driver

this car can easily make over 500 whp ... this was tuned through a full exhaust with a muffler.. open downpipe will probaly gain 20hp

Don't take this the wrong way (just trying to help):

What kind of fuel was used ?

It looks like your boost is creeping according to your dyno sheet.
When does the setup make full boost in 3rd or 4th gear ?

Why is your a/f ratio in the high 10s up to 5k ?

What was your a/f ratio at 6.5k ?
Did anything wierd happen at 6.5k, the dip on the map just looks a little wierd to me

The first tune was done on 91 octane pump. These numbers are on the bottom of the sheet. The second tune was done on C16. He wanted two programs for street use with pump gas and one for track use with race gas.

I can understand wanting to be safe but high 10's would not be considered an ideal a/f ratio.

Vtec was at 6100 on a stock b16 head... why ?
(This is unusually high for this kind of setup)

What gear where you making the pulls in ?

If you look at the graph there is still a dip on the pump gas tune at the same rpm level this indicates that the issue is not the tires spinning.

Good point john good eyes as I said this is the 1st tune on a brand new motor and I was asked repeatedly to do a rich safe tune. This car runs hella strong and the customer is very pleased... I believe that I will be retuning this car very soon we are gonna shoot for 550ish. Should be fun. Ohh and john vtec was set at 6000 bexause he had some gude(bullfrog) custom grind cams.... U and I both know that on stock b16 cams we would normally turn them on at 5k or so...well in turbo cases about 4.5k

Good luck with the re-tune, we all learn something new every day.

Remember Chris I told you don't worry about what Ray said. Just giving you a hard time. The car runs hella strong I really don't think Ray knows what to do with it all, I'll probably have him come up and re-tune I want you crank the hell out of that boost

We got everything lined up the way it should be and it's quite, but still gonna rip the head off and send it out just to double check

His last motor was 81.5 stock sleeves 8.5-1 compression. We figured that he really hasn't had any luck with motors, that we would just go all the way with this one. Hopefully next tune he won't be scared to crank the boost up on it.

SCARED is what he is. I know Chris could get 550 or more out of it. We just have to take it to Whitfield for him...when he doesn't know. As soon as we get the gead checked out we will retune for sure.
