Default car shutting off

ok recently all i did i replace my O2 sensor and everything ran great then my temperature sensor after that switch i dont wat but my car started acting funny.
Recently when im just driving around my car start acting funny as if wasn't receiving any gas now i checked my kill switches their good, i checked my throttle cable and its good my car just dies on me.
Right when its bout the die on me i pump the gas pedal couple of time then i just slam the pedal all the way at first doesnt do any thing couple more the pedal all the way then at first i see no difference all i hear is like puff noice then the engine starts to rev.
Wat can go wrong does the temp. sensor affecting my car or is it my fuel thats bad
