Default idleling problems

The moter that me and my brother swap has i think a idleling problem because when ever the car is in park the mprs are always above zero on the gage and when ever i punch the gas and let go of the pedle it still wants to act like someones pressing the gas becase my foot is not on the gas but it goes back in for and the mpr gauge goes up and down up and down intill it works itself back down and i just think this is weird and i dont know what to do its like one problem ather another.!!??

When u say mpr do u mean the speedometer? I'm assuming mpr somehow stands for miles per hour. Anyways, if ur talking about ur speedometer than check ur VSS (vehicle speed sensor). It's a sensor on the transmission. Check ur grounds too. And are u getting a check engine light?
