hi my car i took it into the shop the other day and they say the reason why i cant shift is that 7 of my bolts on the flywheel backed out and all the bolts are stripped...he says that he dosnt know if my crankshaft threads are messed up?? do anyone in here know if it can mess up the crankshaft??

yes my car starts up fine...the motor runs but cant shift into gears...the problem is that they think if the flywheel bolts back out and thier strip n they are afraid it strip the crankshaft threads
