Decking block to make perfect R/S ratio?
Where can I find info on doing this. Im think of my dream motor by the way!
87mm bore + 95mm stroke + percect R/S ratio = one bad *** b series!!!

If you want a perfect R/S ratio, get a b18c, add some deck height to it, and get longer rods. That is the expensive route.
Cheap route, just get a b16.
You guys don't understand what I was saying. I know the bore doesn't fix the R/S ratio. I was asking where I could find info more info about decking my block(adding deck hight). And why in the world would I want a B16? I can acheive a R/S ratio just as good, if not better by raising the deck height.
Think about it:
B16: 77mm stroke, 81mm bore
My dream motor: 95mm stroke, 87mm bore
Which one do you think would be more powerfull?

To get a 1.75 r/s ratio with a 95 mm stroke, you're looking at 166mm rods, which are 32mm longer than a stock B16 . . . . .
So not only are you going to add 18mm to the stroke, but you're adding 32mm to the rod. I wouldn't plan on using the stock hood . . . .

Your deck plate would be huge. And decking a block is not adding deck height. Decking a block is taking away material (milling), that is why everyone is confused. Your dream motor would be a race only motor. I think you need to do some more reading, and get your head out of fantasy land.
BTW: do you know how much it costs to make a deck plate for a b-series?

Payn Technologies is going to start producing a custom honda block this year. Either stock height, or 1/2" taller I believe.
It is also not going to be open deck!
I think price is going to be in the $2k range.
I believe decking is thremoval OR addition of material from the top of the engine block. Dude should get the issue of Sport Compact Car with the red focus n the cover, or try http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com
Real life Scenario
You go to a machine shop with a block and tell the machinist, that you want the block decked. He is NOT going to say, "Oh do you want me to add material or take away?" sorry buddy but it's understood that decking block = milling material off it to make it flat or reduce deck height.
And don't quote sport compact car like it's the bible of car tuning...

I'm just stating what I've heard before...so please don't grill me buddy. But anyways, it doesn't make since to add deck height on a street-driven NA Honda...it's gonna cost too too much cash for the hp and torque it'll produce. Oh, and I agree with your REAL LIFE SCENARIO , that is true. Decking is usually known as the removal of material.
By the way, Mike Kojima owns you!

Also that issue of SCC happened to contain an article about the "decking" of honda engines by AEBS or R&D. I can't remember which.
I think world products makes honda blocks now. They make lots of chevy blocks with raised deck heights, check them out
