Car = 1999 Honda Civic Si
Car is completely stock expect for a eBay short ram intake, and a stage 4 clutch.
Problem: Partial Throttle the car is good, but under load or during WOT. The car just feels like it hits a brick wall and the revs take forever to climb up and when vtec switches over it makes alot of noise but not going anywhere. And its not because its a B16 and its slow. Its bad when you have to down shift two gears when your merging onto a freeway on ramp when everyone is just going 55 and you were doing 40 getting on the free way.
Some diagnostics done to the car that did not help the problem....
Fuel pump swapped out for a work one
checked timing
changed ignition wires to new ones
checked fuel pressure
checked oil pan
Something we didn't check yet and will do so in a few days
engine grounds
and clogged cat.
Um theres a few other diagnostics that was done that i didn't list, but any help from the Honda-Tech diagnostics gods would be greatly appreciated.

The clutch was purchased brand new and has been in the car for about 2 and a half weeks now.
no CEL's
Spark plugs have been changed, cap and rotor have been inspected and looks good.
