Lowered - Can NOT fix toe...
my SI has been lowered for about two years and I've had nothing but problems with my alignment and it can't be fixed. I've been to countless alignment shops and even a few honda shops and they all tell me that it can't be fixed within spec. I'm now on my 5th set of tires since it's been lowered. My rear is the problem, always eating my inner few inches of the tire. Of course I rotate and align as much as possible.. but i just got some new tires and this has got to stop. I know there is plenty of luders out there who have their cars slammed... why am I running into so many problems! Please help figure out wtf i can do to fix this...
My setup:
SPC Camber Kit - All Around
Nuespeed Sport Springs
KYB Gr2

i have the same problem. most likely, something is bent; either on the subframe or the suspension itself. just to let you know, if you have anchor bolt camber kit in the rear like me, you can offset the 2 settings on the upper control arm to alter the toe. not a whole lot, but maybe enough.
I have the balljoint style camber kit, although it's really not doing me any good since camber is not my issue. I was also wondering myself is something is bent...
I'm running nuespeed sport springs, which is not a big drop. 1.5 front 1.75 back. also have kyb gr2's and SPC camber kit, (balljoint) all the way around. I've also tried the kit that moves the control arm, which didn't help me none.
- im starting to wonder if i should raise my car up some to fix my problem!

Sounds to me like something is bent, the toe is quite easily adjustable, and unless something is bent, your car is well within the align-able range....
Get out your protractor and check that suspension out

thats true...so the cars not even that low...do u run through alot of curves.

check that your bushings didn't crap out on you. I would think that lowering a car would put alot of stress on bushings that are already 10 years old. Also look from the back of the car. Its not too hard to eyeball the toe to see just how far out it is.
If that checks then you know something is bent. So just get under the car and decide what it is. Its either the knuckle assembly the rear control arm or the rear subframe that the control arm mounts to.

man i align hondas all the time lol and as a prelude owner i cant remember if the rear toe is eccentric bolts or if it is on the traliing arn like on civic if its on the trailing arm what you can do and i kno this might sound a lil ghetto but widen up the whole so u can slide the bolt further to the left or right bringin you closer to specs, when i dropped my car i was lucky my camber was dead on and i just had to adjust my front left toe

Gr2 is a oem replacement, not ment to be lowered over 1 inch, they claim it will screw up the shock and cause damage your suspension. Sux, i'm riding the same setup and have all 4 struts blown, just waiting for my bonus so I can invest in something better. Good luck.
