Well I was driving my EH civic on the highway with LS B18a1 B18b1 head
then it seemed to be laggin/choking and I decided to pull over
I check my FPR gauge and it was going crazy
should I put my stock FPR back on change the Fuel filter or what
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Maybe instead of saying something stupid like "it was going crazy" you go ahead and tell us what it was actually doing. Regardless, it's probably your fuel pump failing.
