Default GSR ignition choices

im just wodering what kind of ignition mods people usually do in their GSR's im trying to decide what i should get/do. im going to be running a 75 shot ,ctr cams,itr pistons and ihe..

oem should be fine maybe a msd cap rotor and coil if u wana upgrade, a whole new/aftermarket igniton is pointless imo

oem is good but m&w is better. it doesnt cut out what so ever

wow really? any shop i ask about nitrous says i should at least go with a 6al

maybe because they're trying to sell you one?

just use colder plugs and oem wires, cap, and rotor.

nah they arent they know im too cheap to buy one new and they're friends. i also so it as a requirement in more articles or write ups.. and u think oem wires are better than ng or msd?

if it aint broke dont fix it.

the stock ignition is good up to 400hp.

I'll tell you from personal experience with my MSD 6AL. Make sure you keep the receipt. My MSD 6AL had a faulty wire about 3 months after use and it was a bitch to get it fixed by MSD in El Paso, TX. My experience with their customer service left me very unimpressed.
