ok so theoretically, would there be any major damage if there was a normal amount of fuel running into a stock gsr but no air what so ever... my bro washed his engine bay and closed the hood and the next day he started it and forgot there was a bag over the intake, he said he tried to press the gas 3 times and it just died... i dont know exactly how long he had it on but i would assume no more than 5 minutes.. any damage ?

 

did he bag the distributor... cause your suppose too.

 

i dont think so... its running fine now and idle, temp everthing is good.. i think he thought since it was a newer car he would not have to bag it.. =[

 

any thoughts ??!? anything to watch out for (other than dont do it again)

you clogged the engine with fuel. Try bump starting.
