B16 JDM turbo?
can anybody tell me what i need for a safe turbo for my B16A 2nd gen.
so far i have :
milled the flywheel
milled the head just 0.66 mm
milled all the exhaust and intake ports on the head
DC headers and 2 1/2 inch straight out exhaust
ceramic clutch stage 2 and CAI
fuel pump for up to 500hp
and i will go turbo now.. i will get 400cc injectors,hondata s200,and T3 turbo
i only need a small and safe turbo.. its everyday car thats why, my question is do i have to change the cams,the pistons,the valves and springs ? which one of those are a MUST to be upgraded for a turbo? do i need anything else?can i just go all stock if i am only having T3.. i am hoping to get 300hp out of my b16 170hp... just wanan do some nice high 13's I have NOS wet kit in there but i only use 50 shot and use it only a couple of times a year so i am going easy on it

You can go all stock internals if you like, but I wouldnt go any higher that 6-7 Psi..(8 being the max for me but I'm sure others will disagree and say 10 with a PROPER TUNE). 300 hp might be kinda high for that setup.

Yea you can run stock internals, and I wouldn't go any higher than 8 PSI with a good tune. After building the internals I would go higher. I have seen those second gen B16's put down like 250-270whp on stock internals, but it depends on your setup and the tune. Good luck.

Pistons, rods, valve, retainer, springs, sleeve.
