Default saab 9000 t3 turbo on b16 ?

hi, just lookin for a quick answer to 2 questions.

1> Is the turbo from a saab 9000 turbo to small for B16 (looking to run 10psi max,standard internals)

2>can i take the internal acuator off and use an external one on the manifold.

no, not to small, fun little street turbo. yes u can take the internal WG off and go external

I currently run this turbo on my b16a ****** fun *** turbo quick spool great mid range power, dies off alittle up top, make sure to weld the flapper shut if converting to external thats what i did. went 13.5 on 3psi

havent been to a dyno yet, but im trappin 115-118 on street tires

115-118 mph traps with 240-250whp am i missing something? Yeah this turbo will be a good one for a daily driver with like you said great spool and low-mid powerband. Have u made a desicion on fuel mang?

wonder if u should check with someone to see if a b16 will spin the turbine too fast at high rpm's thereby burning a t3?

lol wtf are you talking about?

you aren't going to over spin the turbo as long as the boost is regulated

i think he means that the trap speed seem a little high for that WHP?

this is true im not sure, i was spinning alot, as i said im also guessing on the WHP, BTW car weighs 2200 with me in it
