Default spoiler rubbing

is anyone else having this problem? the spoiler is rubbing on the rear panel and the trunk is adj all the way up. looking at other ludes the spoiler does not touch. any ideas? oh and excuse the dirty car i live in denver its hard to keep any car clean

I've never seen that. Mine has plenty of clearance. Has some fatass been sittin on that? Maybe you can shim it up or something.

does the trunk line up right? has it been taken off before?

Maybe its missing the gasket the goes between the trunk, and the spoiler. Find another gasket and use that as a spacer.

the spoilr has been this way since i bought the car back in 03. i have replaced the gasket between the spoiler in the trunk and still does it. the trunk is adj all the way up and is in stock location. it is a problem on both sides. so not sure what it is

I think you mean adjusted all the way up as in when the trunk is open it is as high as it will go, but if you mean forward then I think that would be a problem.

You should take more pictures of the trunk closed. That can only help.

yes that is what i meant, the spoiler is as far back as it goes. i will take more tomorrow
