The one I installed did the same thing. All I did was bleed the system again and it worked fine.

mayb you should bench bleed the master then bleed the system from the slave...if that doesnt work, could have a faulty slave or bad cups/seals in the master...arent they adjustable, the omni one....mayb you have it disengaging to late meaning that the pressure plate is still making contact with the clutch disk which would cause hard shifts.....any grinds by the way?

I havent had any grinds. It seems like the pedal has some play in it at the top. When the pedal is at normal resting position I can pull the pedal up like an 1-1/2 inch. it seems that the clutch is not coming up far enough. I also did try adjusting the pedal so that it would take up some of the excess play. After doin that i noticed some weird noise when i would step on the clutch all the way. The noise only happened when it was pressed all the way down. I adjusted it again so the pedal would sit lower and the noise went away but now i still have that excess play.
Ill try bleeding the system again. Any other suggestions guys? thanks

i say keep adjusting the pedal. sounds like its not disengaging all the way. not sure about the noise though.
