thanks for the link but do i need my stock narrowband sensor in? or should i tap wires into the wide band from the narrow band wiring to make the computer think it is still reading the stock o2 so it doesnt throw a CEL? im kind of stumped

i tried wiring my aem in to replace the oem... even called aem tech support on it. it never did work out for me. i finally just welded a bung into the downpipe for the wideband

I'm unsure about AEM, but with uberdata and crome i believe you can select what o2 sensor you are running. You have to disable the o2 heater, and then wire in the narrowband signal. D14 i believe for the d-series. Not sure though. I've done it before, but i just use a second bung and that way i can pull it out and tune my friends cars for them.

lots of wideband controllers have a narrowband output.
