CRAP i put the valve seal on the wrong side...how to remove safely!?

CRAP i put the valve seal on the wrong side...how to remove safely!?
I put the intake valve seal on the exhaust side....and its on there tight as hell. Whats a way i can remove it without ruining it?

How far down should have valve seal sit..should it touch the spring seat or just be very slightly above it. Cuz none of them i installed are fully touching the seat.
