Top Hat!
i believe PIC makes one, but im not sure if they sell them separately from their suspension, i have the ground control ones but you could even modify your stock top hats if you get someone to weld some pipe onto it.

lol i wouldn't say best and easiest, i would say cheapest and cost efficient.

Well you have the two mounting studs pressed in so it's not as simple as cutting and rewelding an extension pipe unless you have a tool that can cut between those mounting studs.

You just hammer the studs out! Hah, that was the best part after sawing off the stupid top hat. And after you're done welding, you hammer the studs back in!
