Is 2600 For a Sleeved engine W/ Arias Pistons and Eagle Rods good ?
Im in position to buy this right now but Is this a good price. I dont want to name the sleeving company but it does start with a R . LOL There really good sleeves too .

will this block be assmebled? be warry of these purchases unless you plan on taking it apart before you install it and specing everything to see if it was assembled properly...

RS is a pretty well known company. They wouldn't screw you over although I do think $2700 just for parts is pretty high seeing that the rods are not the big money rods. Unless this includes all machine work I'd skip it. RS machine uses Darton open deck sleeves just like benson and exospeed I believe.
exospeed stage 4 block is $190 more and comes assembled and ready for action with the same parts including an oil pump and lower gaskets.

sleeving/machine work - 900
pistons/rings - 500
rods - 300
ACL bearings - 100
that leaves 800 for assembly....damn, better come with a small jdm ***** sitting anxiously in the crankcase!
600 if u dont include a b16 block and crank as a core (worth about 200)
