Swapping gsr into my 99 ek. PLS HELP 3 SIMPLE ?'s
How do i get these 3 things i got from hybrid page taken cared of.

1 Requires wiring harness modifications.

WHAT KIND OF MOD WILL I HAVE TO GO THROUGH. CAN I FIX THIS BY BUYING A CIVIC 99 SI WIRE HARNESS.???

2 ECU adaptor needed.

i hAVE 2 ECU JSPEC AND GSR STOCK, WILL I NEED A ADAPTOR?


3 Re-use 99-00 Civic Si Rear mount

I HAVE A 99 CX WILL I HAVE TO BUY A SI REAR MOUNT OR WILL MY OWN CX REAR MOUNT FIT?

 

1. Yes, I suggest buying a 99-00 Si wiring harness. It's a little bit more plug and play than the stock dx/cx harness.

But you will still need to add the wires for the secondary butterflies

2. It depends on what year the ECUs are. If they are OBD II.2 (same year as your car), they you'll be fine. If they are older, which I suspect that they are, get a OBD 2 - OBD 1 harness. Then get a P28 and have it chipped.

3. You will need to buy the Civic Si rear mount.

If you get the 99-00 Si engine harness (you should)

You will need the OBDI to OBDIIb ecu converter harness for 94-95 to 99-00 Si.

Make sure you say that when you order one.
