I only had to use the 99 SI rear tranny mount. All my other mounts are stock in my 97 Hatch w/B18c1. Also any hydro-tranny vtec axle will work.

You need a 99 si driver side mount(under cam sprockets, bolted to motor), 99 si rear tranny mount, del sol vtec A/C bracket passanger front tranny mount and the rest are stock.

Yes, really. You dont need the delsol a/c mount unless you want to keep or a/c, if you even have it. You will also want to use the 99-00 si harness, gsr will not work. You will have to add the iab sensor plug to the harness and a secondary o2 if you run an obd2 ecu. But that is easier than adding sensors and modifying your stock harness.

either will work but it must be 94-97 del sol vtec, or 99 civic si.

using the del slow bracket allows you to retain your factory ac compressor, the gsr or si bracket will require a matching compressor and hoses for a/c, but dont be a pansy FUGGA ac...

wouldnt it be easier to just modify your stock harness instead of taking out your old one and putting an entire new one in?

Why even bother taking the motor out then? Trust me, using the si harness is way better than using the dx harness. It takes maybe 30 seconds extra to pull the harness through the firewall.

Yeah if your going to retain your old civic ac then use Del SLow Ac bracket P54 the civic si bracket is the p30 and that will not work, also the integra bracket is the P72 and will not work either. Trust me I am in the middle of doing this myself and i have a 96 civic w/99 gsr...and i have had all ac brackets p54 is the only one that lined up to the bolt holes on the motor.

edit*ohh mine is also a usdm motor*

edit #2 * and taking out a harness is supa dupa easy, in 15 min or less*

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the correct A/C mount would be 94-95 obd1 del sol. I attempted to use a 96 obd2 A/C mount from del sol and did not fit. Note: it was the same as 99 00 si.

U would have to use the 94-95 del sol dohc ac bracket to retain ac with the civic ac compressor, if you are going to change out the compressor to an integra compressor, you can use the ac bracket from the b18 motor but you will need to redo your ac lines.

yeah. some dood up there was talking about pullin wireing harnesses through the firewall and crazy stuff like that. i have a mugen chipped p28 with the skunk2 obdII to OBDI jumper harness. i was under the impression that other than the mounts, all ill need is the 99 Si engine wireing harness("that strings along the motor"),, not the harness from the ECU to the engine harness. anyhow, if i get that(99 Si engine harness), thats all ill need right? WTF... BTW screw A/c 54 extra pounds i dont need, i even removed my windshield washer box and smoothed out the body where my rear winshield wiper was,, which was removed. ALSO 99 and 00 EK hB's are different than 96-98's. so for those other than me, read really closely, so you dont F-up down the road when you didnt realize there was a difference. other than that, thanks for those that somewhat came close to answering my original question.
