Default Timing belt tensioner

Ok, let me start by saying i know im about 13 different kinds of retarded.

With that out of the way, i was trying to remove the lower timing belt cover on my 90 DX and took the tensioner pully bolt out. Obviously the t-belt now has tons of play.

How do i go about getting the bolt and pully back in and the belt tightened up again (while the lower cover is still on)?

thanks!

i suggest taking the bottom crank pulley off, then removing the cover then install the tensioner, push up on the tensioner that will make the belt tight.
