WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CIVIC?
99 HONDA CIVIC EX. DRIVE LIGHT IS FLASHING, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT ON SOMETIMES WHEN DRIVING. SHIFTS HARD. DOES NOT ACCELERATE IN DRIVE 4 ONLY 2 OR 3. NO SPEEDOMETER AND MILES ARE NOT MOVING. HAPPNEDED ALL OF A SUDDEN WHILE DRIVING, NO WARNING SIGNS THAT ANYTHING WAS PREVIOUSLY WRONG OR BREAKING. I HATE THIS CAR, AND IT WAS NOT THE VSS, I TRIED THAT FIRST. HELP ME!! I WAS JUST ABOUT READY TO TRADE IT IN TOO!!
my e-brake light went on when I had low brake fluid once but im not sure if thats the reason in this case... im not sure whats goin on with everything else though
your speedo, vss problem could be a fuse so make sure all fuses check out ok then you can go from there..
Your D light is flashing because your transmission is not operating correctly. The D light flashing because there is a DTC set..
Your Check Engine Light can also be related to this code, but it can also be a totally different code.
The brake light can be a number of things. Start off by checking your brake pads to see if they are low. If not, then it can be a leak somewhere in the system causing the float in the reservoir to drop to the bottom setting off the light. It can also be a faulty float, this is a known problem with hondas.
Good luck

Umm.. I'd check the code that the ECU is throwing.. If you dont know how do a search on "how to check engine code" or something..
And you might want to check your caps lock too.. I think it's broken..
