Default GEARS KEEP LOCKING! PLEASE HELP

i have a ek4 with a b18c-r and just lately when i try changing gears it keeps locking (in the middle of the gearbox) for a second then lets me in. i have to wait till the rpm drop when i clutch it to change gear. it kinda feels like when you are trying to put the car to first when rolling to a stop. if your going to fast it wont let you till u hit the right speed. anyone know what is happening?

it could be the springs, but im leaning more toward internals, like the synchros or forks.
When it does this, does it grind?

it does sometimes but a small grind. i would have to drive the car slow and change gears while the rpms are still low. if i change gear when the rpm is like past 3k it will lock till it drops.

i dont think its the clutch since the clutch still feels normal. still bites.

friend mention the throw out bearing cause its makes a spinning whining noise when i lift off the clutch before it bites.

yeah sounds like throwout bearing. I did a clutch job on my integra not long ago and it would go into any gear for like 5 monutes finally I got it into 5th then reverse then 4th then 3rd and so on and very hard to shift. And the whining noise. After I drive it a few miles it got better and eventeually went away, I was lucky in that my bearing aligned itself the rest of the way I must have not had it seated into the flywheel just perfectly.
