Default help with tranny problem!!

i started having problems with shifting gears friday night...it was really hard to drop the gears and even shift the gears...they were like real stiff and werent shifting smoothly...i started to think maybe my rear motor mount since it was gone and all but i got that fixed and it didnt help at all and then we flushed and put in tranny fluid....so now i have no clue what it could be? when im at a dead stop and start to release the clutch the car vibrates and shifting into second is really hard like i dont have the clutch released or anything...i tried to speed shift and first from second will not go into gear unless i slow down..someone said maybe the springs on the clutch are softing up?? also i was in 4th and tried to release the clutch and nothing happened it just kept on driving..and when i pulled over it was in frist at a stop and it started rolling and vibrating like i was letting off the clutch but i wasnt..anyone had this problem before???

guarantee that your clutch is blown up

your symptoms tell me that , that is what is wrong

buy a new clutch kit

you going to have to buy a clutch disc and pressure plate, and depending on how long you've been driving, u may have damaged the flywheel

First check your hydraulics. If they are good to go, rip the clutch out.

Most mechanics will change the clutch when they rebuild or install a motor.

Just because you have fluid in the resevoir, doesn't mean thehydraulics are good. Check to make sure the slave cylinder is actually moving the fork a decent amount.
