I'm just another victim of the 96-00 hatchback rear water leak. I have replaced the tail light gaskets at the beginning of the year, but believe that it might not be the tail light gaskets this time. The past week it has been raining non-stop and very hard at times here in Seattle. I discovered it leaking again while I was adjusting my amp. Beneath each tail light is a plastic piece which I don't know what it's used for, but it's there. Looks like water could leak through there very easily when it drains around the tail light. You can move it around and see visible openings between the seal and the car and it's where most of the water was.

Now my question is #23 the correct part I should be ordering?
