Most of the time it's actually the taillight seals.

huh, i noticed my tail light was slighly cracked. could i just buy new tails, or how do i fix it?

I agree with it being the tail light seals (aka those foam gaskets behind the tailights). Another place that water gets in is the rear shock tower boots. I'm missing mine and water gets in there somehow when driving in the rain

yeah, that might be it too. I still have mine somewhere.

Any info on fixing the rear tail light seals?

replace with new ones from Honda......or silicone the poop out of it

i think pretty much everyone with a hatch has this problem. i hate it

well, i might get new lights, and while i'm in there i'll slather some silicone on there.
