whats a good short shifter for a 5th gen prelude???

pros and cons is greatly appreciated.

who here has one on?

 

i have a neuspeed one and i love it. its nice and smooth but i mean it could have been shorter. plus the price on the neuspeed is very over priced. my friend has the pure racing one and he likes that cause it is adjustable. plus its cheaper.

 

pros: you can shift quicker, and don't have to throw the shifter as far..
cons: easier to grind a gear, since the shifts will be closer together.
I had a short shifter in my GSR, and even on a smooth shift, It would still grind, something with the short shifter. It's up to you to get one..

I did like the shorter throws though.

I used to have the Pure Racing Shortie backin 99 and lets just say after one year of using it and driving like a bat out of hell. It severed the shifter cable!!! it was a good mod and i loved it but it sucked when i was at the track and sifted to second and the **** popped and my car was in second going down the track and i had to have my **** towed to the dealer and what not!!!
An 80 mod caused a 400 fix!!!

 

If you can't shift fast enough without a short shifter you need to go practice driving more.
